After Fajr and after ʿAṣr
The Prophet ﷺ taught specific phrases to say each morning and evening. They are protection from harm and a means of constant remembrance.
Start small
Pick three: Āyat al-Kursī (2:255) once; Surah al-Ikhlās, al-Falaq, an-Nās each three times; 'Bismillāh alladhī lā yaḍurru maʿa-smihi shay'un fī al-arḍi wa lā fī as-samā'i, wa huwa as-Samīʿ al-ʿAlīm' three times.
