There is no rush
Many companions of the Prophet ﷺ kept their faith private at first. Wait until you can speak with knowledge and patience.
When you do tell them
Show by your character first — be more loving, more respectful, more dutiful than before. Many parents come around when they see Islam improving you, not removing you.
If they react badly
Be patient. Pray for them. Don't break ties — the Prophet ﷺ commanded kindness to non-Muslim parents (Surah al-ʿAnkabūt 29:8).
Today's Action
Make a sincere du‘ā' for your family today, by name, asking Allah to soften their hearts.
